8. Communication Updates – Policy regarding absences:
   a) Cast members may request absences in advance (i.e., planned vacations, religious holidays, etc.) as long as those absences are limited to 2 (two) or are otherwise approved by the director. In all cases, ALL REHEARSALS MUST BE ATTENDED DURING TECH (Hell) WEEK. Any excessive absences may require resigning or asking for resignation, at the discretion of the Director. Please try to plan no absences during the last 7 (seven) weeks prior to show dates.
