GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

1. Call to order- Establishment of a quorum.

2. Welcome and Introduction of new members.

3. Presentation by Ben Loewy.

4. Discussion and approval of August and September meeting minutes.

5. Discussion and approval of September & October financials.

6. Outstanding Items / Old Business – A) The Board now has all the job descriptions for the production crew, and they are posted on the website.  Interested members must apply to the Board for each production. B) There will not be a General Meeting in December. C) The fifteen dollars received by cast members for the cast party will be used for the holiday party. The price for all other members is $15.00 and plus ones is $30.00.

7. New Business-A) Voting re: 2026 Budget after it is presented to the membership by our Treasurer, Jackie Seavey. B) Lynne Smith, President will address the membership re: giving feedback on Guys & Dolls production.
