1. Call to order – Establishment of a quorum

2. Speaker – Judy Ryerson from UNLV

3. Welcome – Introduce any new members

4. Approval and discussion of June general meeting minutes

5. Discussion and approval of Finanancial’s including fiscal year end financials.

6. Outstanding Items / Old Business- A) The Board is awaiting the job descriptions of the production crew, (i.e. director, assistant director, stage manager, choreographer, assistant choreographer) they then will be posted on the website. B) Production Crew appointments are per production, not lifetime appointments and must be approved by the Board. C) Clarification re: Neal’s purchase of flyers.

7. New Business- A) Absentee ballots for elections B) Announce Production Crew for next play Director- Victoria Ochoa, AD- Lida Derrin, Stage Manager- Denise Altruda, Set Builders- Michelle Brzycki, Prop Mistresses- Joann Hess and Kathy Zanghi. C) Volunteer for Play Committee Chair. D) Search and selection of next play. We need this a.s.a.p. E) Responsibilities of committee chairs will be posted on the website.  Remind the committee chairs to send the Board their minutes after each committee meeting.
