SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Social Committee meeting June 11, 2026
Present:
Jeanie Doane, Nancy Murphy, Trish Mckinzie, Victoria Ochoa, Denise Altruda
Discussion: Cast party venue.
Each member present was assigned a different restaurant to check for our party. The parameters were area size for 50, cost and what food and amenities are offered.
We will gather the information and make a decision, as I would like to contract with venues before prices increase.

Maggiano’s
Lucille’s
Rampart Buffet
90:ninety
Others TBD
Decorations previously discussed by the chair and Joann Hess will include office supplies.
Possible Dolly Parton backdrop for photos.
Briefly discussed Christmas party and we are all to get catering ideas.

MEMBERS COMMITTEE
The Member’s Committee meeting was held September 15 at the Summit Restaurant at 4 pm. Those in attendance were: Denise Altruda, Eileen Cox and Nancy Murphy. John Mura & Marla Lagattuta are on vacation.
Discussion included:
- A roll of raffle tickets was purchased as a back up for the 50/50 raffle.
- Kim condensed a couple of membership forms to 5X7 so we use less paper.
- Supplies for September refreshments which Denise will take care of. November refreshments which Nancy will take care of.
- Elections -many members were suggested and we will work to talk to them and see if any are interested in running for an officer position.
- Kim put new member information in the play program.
- Our next meeting date will be 11/9/26 unless we need to meet about elections.
- The Meeting adjourned at 4:38 pm.
