Social Committee meeting June 11, 2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Present:<\/span><\/p>\n

Discussion:\u00a0 Cast party venue.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Each member present was assigned a different restaurant to check for our party.\u00a0 The parameters were area size for 50, cost and what food and amenities are offered.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will gather the information and make a decision, as I would like to contract with venues before prices increase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Briefly discussed Christmas party and we are all to get catering ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Member\u2019s Committee meeting was held September 15 at the Summit Restaurant at 4 pm. Those in attendance were: Denise Altruda, Eileen Cox and Nancy Murphy. John Mura & Marla Lagattuta are on vacation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Discussion included:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • A roll of raffle tickets was purchased as a back up for the 50\/50 raffle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Kim condensed a couple of membership forms to 5X7 so we use less paper.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Supplies for September refreshments which Denise will take care of. November refreshments which Nancy will take care of.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Elections -many members were suggested and we will work to talk to them and see if any are interested in running for an officer position.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Kim put new member information in the play program.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Our next meeting date will be 11\/9\/26 unless we need to meet about elections.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The Meeting adjourned at 4:38 pm.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
