SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The Social Committee met Tuesday January 13, 2026 at 10:30 am.
Present:
Victoria Ochoa, Chair, Henry Ochoa, Kim Fannin, Trish McKinzie, Kathy Zhangi, Joann Hess, Jeanie Doane and Mary Lee
- The meeting was Called to order at 10:28
- Introduction of new member, Henry Ochoa
- Discussed cast party to be held on February 24, 2026 at a location to be determined.
- The following locations are being queried for what can be provided and include:
- Lucille’s – by Victoria Ochoa
- BJ’s – by Victoria Ochoa
- Ninety/90 (Suncoast) – by Trish Mckinzie
- Summit Restaurant – by Kathy
- We will be choosing one of these locations by the end of January and will inform the board with all pertinent details including price.
- We are expecting approximately 30 people and will inform Jackie Seavey, treasurer of the cost to charge plus ones.
- We will also need to allow one of our backstage crew to order off the regular menu and pay for that as we need a gluten-free option.
- The party attire will be a 70’s clothing style
- The announcement will be sent after I get a firm price and choose the venue.
- The Meeting was adjourned at 11:10.

MEMBERS COMMITTEE
Member’s Committee meeting 3/9/26 held 4 pm at the Pinnacle lobby (as the Summit Restaurant was closed for a private event). Attending were Denise, Eileen, John Mura, Marla and Nancy. We discussed refreshments for the next few months. Our new monthly budget. New Theatre Club shirt sales and Bruce brought us a sample shirt to try on at the general meeting. We discussed the need for printing more new member flyers to put in the Community rooms. Victoria Ochoa will be the speaker at the March meeting and John Mura will check with a couple of speakers for April meeting. They will provide Refreshments for the March 16th General Meeting.

After the committee met, 4 musical worksheets were submitted to the Theatre Club Board of Directors for consideration, with the possibility of a 5th show to be submitted later.
